专利说明:
SEPARATE ROLLER, DEVICE AND METHOD FOR TAKING A LOW-CUT DELIVERED PRODUCT The present invention relates to a separation roller for removing a layer of cut product supplied. In practice, various products are (pre) cut. This could include products such as bread, rye bread and cake. These (pre-cut) products are then usually packaged as a whole. If removal of a separate layer of such a (pre-cut) product is desired, this is often done manually. This collection can be carried out in an industrial packaging department, but also when used by consumers themselves. A problem that occurs when removing a layer of (pre-cut) product involves the adherence or even interconnection of individual layers because the cutting process has not been successful. This makes automation of purchasing a low product difficult and cumbersome, among other things. This relates in particular to slightly sticky or sticky products, in particular in the food industry. The present invention has for its object to provide an improved device, system and method. The present invention provides a separation roller for removing a layer of cut product supplied, comprising: - a drum; - a rotation axis on which the drum is mounted; and a drive for rotating the roller, wherein the drum is provided with at least one gripper, arranged on the circumference of the separating roller, with which a layer of cut product is taken off. By providing a drivable drum, a sliced layer or slice or cut product can be removed when this drum is rotated by a gripper on the circumference of the drum. By using a drum, the relative movement of the gripper, or otherwise the separating member, with respect to the supplied (pre-cut) product is limited. This reduces the friction between the separator and the supplied product. In addition, it is achieved that the contact time between the separating member and the supplied product is as small as possible, whereby a relatively large throughput of product is possible. In addition, the use of a drum has the additional advantage that an up and down stroke is not required for removing the layer of product, such as may be the case with a sliding mechanism. The required movement of the separating member is hereby greatly simplified. This has the advantage, among other things, that relatively few moving parts have to be provided. This limits the wear to parts. In addition, maintenance remains limited. By providing a drive, the drum can be operated continuously, so that both a discrete and continuous production process can be realized. The gripper, or separating member, can be made in various embodiments. A knife, comb, edge etc. can be envisaged here, however, for example, pinch elements are also possible. However, the gripper is preferably embodied as an edge arranged on the circumference of the separating roller in the longitudinal direction thereof, said edge preferably engaging the product from above and a pre-cut layer of this product being removed. The number of grabs on the drum can be adjusted to the type of product and the desired capacity of the production line. In the case of a larger number of grippers, the frequency with which the drum rotates can be limited. A longer contact time between the gripper and the product is hereby obtained. Good coordination is therefore required. In a preferred embodiment according to the invention, the gripper is arranged at an angle with respect to the axis of rotation for gradually removing the layer of product. By arranging the gripper at an angle, it is achieved that the gripper gradually engages the product. This prevents damage to the product. In an advantageous embodiment, in which the gripper is designed in the form of an edge arranged on the circumference of the drum, this edge gradually engages the cut product from above. In this case, it is preferred to engage from an upper angular point of the product, followed by the rest of the layer of product. In a further advantageous embodiment according to the invention, the gripper is arranged from both ends of the drum at an opposite angle. This ensures that a layer can be removed from two corner points of the cut product supplied. This means that the edges of such a layer are the first to be separated from the supplied product, while the last one to separate the center of the layer. The simultaneous removal of the layer from both sides has the additional advantage that the relative movement of the layer with respect to the product supplied remains limited or is completely avoided. This is particularly advantageous in the case of sticky products where the individual layers tend to stick together. Examples of such products are cake products and in particular gingerbread. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the surface of the drum comprises teflon. By using teflon in or at the contact surface of the drum and / or gripper with the cut product supplied, the friction between the drum and the product is reduced. This leads to less heat development. In addition, this gives less cause for disruption of cohesion of a layer of separated product. In addition, or alternatively, in an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the surface is provided with an oil for reducing the friction between the gripper and the layer of product. This ensures that a further reduction of the friction occurs. This further prevents the product from sticking to the drum and / or gripper. The present invention further relates to a separating device for removing a layer of supplied product, comprising: - a cutter for cutting the product; and a separation roller as described in the foregoing. The system offers the same effects and benefits as those mentioned in the separation roll. In an advantageous embodiment, at least one supply belt or conveyor belt is provided for supplying the product from the cutter to the separator roller. This makes it possible to design the cutter and the separator roller as separate modules, with which a more modular design of the process line is possible. In a further preferred embodiment according to the invention, the separating roller engages the product through an angle of rotation of the axis of rotation of a separating roller, wherein a layer of product is pulled away from the supplied product. The gripping moment of the gripper on the supplied product lies from a point that the gripper moves relative to the top of the product. This prevents the supplied product from being compressed by the drum provided with the gripper. The force exerted by the gripper on the supplied product is therefore directed away from the supplied product. This prevents damage to the product, among other things. In a further preferred embodiment according to the invention, the separation device comprises a first detector for signaling product at a first position for determining an amount of product to be supplied. By providing a detector for signaling a product, it can be noted in good time that a new product must be supplied. This allows the separation process to continue continuously. In addition, by providing a sufficient amount of supplied product, it is ensured that the gripper, instead of taking off a layer, can push the supplied product back without taking off a layer of product. In a further advantageous embodiment according to the invention, the separation device comprises a second detector for signaling product at a second position for monitoring a minimum quantity of supplied product. By providing a detector for signaling the presence of a minimum amount of supplied product, it is achieved that it is prevented that the gripper, for example, grasps the last parts of the supplied product in one go instead of taking it off per layer. In a further preferred embodiment according to the invention, at least one detector of the separation device is operatively connected to a control for activation and / or speed adjustment of the device. By using a control connected to at least one of the detectors present, it can be achieved that the speed of the process is matched to other process parts, in particular the supply of the (pre-cut) product. This prevents the product from accumulating between cutting and taking, or that the separation process is without product export for some time. In a further advantageous embodiment according to the invention, the control is operatively connected to the cutter of the supplied product and / or to a packaging device for mutual coordination of the different devices. By linking individual modules of the process line in the control system, better mutual coordination can be achieved. This ensures that the overall throughput or capacity of the process line as a whole is optimized. In addition, it is achieved that unnecessary product accumulation is avoided somewhere in the process line. The feed belt is preferably provided with a separation device at a distance of approximately 1 cm from the circumference of the separation roller. This ensures that a good balance is achieved in the process of purchasing a low product. On the one hand, there must be sufficient space to purchase a low product and then dispose of it as a separate product unit. On the other hand, sufficient resistance must be provided by the supplied product to prevent the product from being pushed back by the drum with the gripper. The present invention also relates to a method for removing a layer of product, comprising the steps of: - cutting the product; - supplying the pre-cut product; - removing a layer of product from the supplied pre-cut product with a separation roller; and - removing the purchased layer of product. The method offers the same effects and advantages as those mentioned with the separation roller and the separation device. A obtained purchased layer of product is preferably packaged individually. This achieves that separately salable units of product are obtained. If desired, it is possible to combine several of these individually packaged units into a larger whole. Further advantages, features and details of the invention are elucidated on the basis of a preferred embodiment, wherein reference is made to the accompanying drawings, in which: Fig. 1 shows a side view of a process line with a separation device; fig. 2 a top view of the process line from fig. 1; Fig. 3 is a view of a separation roller according to the invention; Fig. 4 is a side view of the separator roller from Fig. 3; and - fig. 5 shows a front view of the separating roller from fig. 3. A process line 1 (Fig. 1) for processing batches of product 2 comprises a supply 4. The batches of product 2 are transported by means of conveyor belt 6, driven by drive 8, in the direction indicated by arrow A. In the embodiment shown a second conveyor belt 10 is provided which is driven by a drive 12. The batches of product 2 are transferred by the second conveyor belt 10 to a queue 16 on conveyor belt 18. By belt 18 the queue 16 is transported in the direction indicated by arrow A. The conveyor belt 18 is driven by drive 20. In the embodiment shown, belt 18 is placed at an angle to the horizontal, the top of queue 16 being supplied at the level of the center of drum 22 being supplied. At the end of conveyor belt 18 there is a drum 22 which rotates in the direction indicated by arrow B. A removed layer of product 24 is placed by drum 22 on an intermediate belt 26 which is driven by drive 28. Through intermediate belt 26 a removed layer of product 24 is brought to the conveyor belt 30 for further transportation. Before a batch of product 2 is separated, the quantity of product 32 supplied as a unit is cut into cutter 34 (Fig. 2). The (pre) cut product 36 is transported to distribution station 38. In the embodiment shown, process line 1 has two juxtaposed process lines 40, 42. In the embodiment shown, drum 22 grabs a low product from both transport lines 40, 42. The Single products 24 are transported by conveyor belt 30 in a stream 44 of single products 24 to the packing station 46. At this packing station 46, the product is packaged into individual packaged units 48. A drum 22 (Fig. 3) rotates about rotation axis 50. The drum 22 has a circumference 52 on which grippers 54 are arranged. In the embodiment shown, four grippers 54 are provided. In the embodiment shown, gripper 54 has a first gripping surface 56 and a second gripping surface 58 with which a layer of product 24 is removed from the top of the queue 16. The two gripping surfaces 56, 58 are connected centrally via a central gripping surface 60. The first gripping surface 56 has a first gripping edge 62 and the second gripping surface 58 has a second gripping edge 64. In addition, the first gripping surface 56 has a first side edge 66 and the second gripping surface 58 a second side edge 68. Upon rotation of drum 22 about axis of rotation 50, gripping surface 56 engages from one side of the queue 16 and the second engaging surface 58 engages from the other side of the queue 16. The gripping edges 62, 64 follow the pre-cut separation between a single product 24 to be taken and the remainder of queue 16. The drum 22 (Fig. 4) rotates as indicated by the arrow indicated by B in Fig. 1. The drum 22 (Fig. 5) hits or bites in the embodiment shown. always from above in the queue 16. A transport line 40 (Fig. 2) is provided with a number of detectors 70, 72, 74 which serve for detection of product on the conveyor belts 10, 18. A second transport line 42 is provided with detectors 76, 78, 80 for detecting product on this transport line. The detectors 70, 72, 74, 76, 78, 80 are operatively connected to control 82. The detectors 70, 76 serve as protection to prevent drum 22 from taking a low product 24 from the queue 16 if the queue 16 has insufficient product has. Control 82 can then expand drum 22 and possibly other process parts. Detectors 72, 78 detect whether it is possible to supply new batches of product 2. The controller 82 uses the signals from detectors 72, 78 for controlling the different conveyor belts, including, for example, conveyor belts 6, 10 and 18. Detectors 74, 80 are provided to detect whether sufficient batches of product 2 are available to supplement queue 16 . This signal can be used, for example, by the controller 82 for controlling the distributor 38 and cutter 34. The present invention is by no means limited to the preferred embodiments described above; the rights sought are defined by the following claims, within the scope of which many modifications can be envisaged. For example, it is possible to vary the number of transport lines 40, 42. A single transport line or a plurality of transport lines is hereby possible. The drum 22 can simultaneously take a layer of product 24 from several conveyor lines 40, 42, but it is also possible to provide each individual conveyor line 40, 42 with a separate drum 22. This has the advantage that a more flexible operational management is possible. The control 82 of the process line can also be designed such that the multiple parallel transport lines 40, 42 are combined or controlled separately. It is also possible, for example, for the control to control the individual modules of cutting, separating and packing separately or in combination with each other. In the case of combined control, further coordination of the entire process line is possible.
